The advertising of goods, products, or real property by transmitting unsolicited facsimiles or e-mails may be in violation of state, federal or other applicable law, and may subject the advertiser to civil or criminal penalties. In the event customer utilizes the services of JCJ Communications, Inc. to conduct broadcast fax or broadcast e-mail activities, customer warrants to JCJ Communications, Inc. (i) that customer has taken or will undertake all required actions necessary to comply with applicable state, federal or other Do Not Call and electronic commerce laws and regulations, including registration requirements and similar statutes and regulations ; (ii) customer will not utilize the services in a manner which results in violation of any law or regulation respecting such service and customer agrees to reimburse JCJ Communications, Inc. for any losses or expenses incurred in violation of this notice. JCJ Communications, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue services to any customer it deems may be in violation of any state, federal or other law or regulation.
