While communication with your target audience via fax has been a
longstanding accepted practice, JCJ Communications has an advantage
over other faxing companies or store-bought software. Many "over
the counter" software programs and other broadcast fax and list
management companies' programs will eliminate the majority of your
target audiences' names when duplicate fax numbers are removed.
If you want to make sure that every person is listed and receives
the vital information you are sending, JCJ Communications is the
solution. Our in-house software searches your list for all names
at the same fax number and combines them into one field so all recipients'
names are listed on your fax. Your response rate should increase
due to the fact that none of your target audiences' names are eliminated
in this process. JCJ Communications will redial an unsuccessful
attempt up to five times at no additional charge. Only successful
transmissions are billed. Detailed reporting is provided immediately
after transmission so you will know who is not receiving your information
and why, enabling you to keep your database current.

How it Works
Send your account representative at JCJ Communications the document
and fax or e-mail recipient list. We will customize, if requested,
the document to your specifications by formatting the document in
an easy to read format for a professional look and design. We can
also merge fields so that every recipient receives a personalized
message. JCJ provides a test proof which will be sent to you for
your approval the same day the document and list is received. It
can be transmitted that same day. We can also schedule ahead so
that the recipients receive the documents at a particular date and
time of your choosing. JCJ will launch broadcasts 24/7. Detailed
reporting is provided immediately after transmission so you will
know who is not receiving your information and why, enabling you
to keep your database current.

Printing
Not only can we e-mail and fax your documents, we have found that
many of our clients have received requests from their contacts to
receive information in the mail. This is easily done. It is not
uncommon for companies to have a portion of their audience automatically
removed from their fax or e-mail list due to the fact that they
have asked to be unsubscribed or the fax or e-mail is automatically
blocked. If this is true with your company and your recipient list
is marked to account for that, we will be glad to mail your document
to them. We can separate your list, and send the document accordingly.
